Phase I - Idea Iteration Extensive discussions and constant feedback from the client, forms the basis of the nature and scope of the challenge. Upon identification of the challenge and solution with desired output is planned.

Phase II – Technology Blueprint In consultation with the client the technology platform is chosen and a Road Map for the Product Life Cycle is reached. Areas of individual and joint responsibilities are laid.

Phase III– Prototype Shaping Technologies are then leveraged. Prototype architecture is laid out and specifications are defined.

Phase IV - Development and Testing process starts and milestones are defined. Unit and System Testing, Code Inspection and Quality Reviews are an important part of the methodology.

Phase V - Final Product is Delivered after rigorous Integration testing.
